To reach the resort, there are two asphalt roads, with the one closer to Celje passing by Zagrad and spanning a distance of approximately 7 kilometers. Several forest trails lead to Celjska Koca, and one can even embark on a two-and-a-half-hour hike from Celje, passing through Grmada. In recent years, the municipality replaced the old mountain hut with a hotel slightly below it, providing comfortable accommodation options for guests. The ski area at Ski resort Celjska Koca is relatively small, making it ideal for beginners. The best time to enjoy the slopes is during the night when the snow is more forgiving at an altitude of 650 meters. The resort also utilizes artificial snow to ensure optimal skiing conditions.

During the summer season, the resort experiences an increase in visitors, and additional attractions become available. Next to the ski area, there is an annual toboggan track called "bob-kart" and a 100-meter dry track for children. A short distance away, towards Svetina, an adventure park awaits adventure enthusiasts, featuring a thrilling blue-red-black trail for adrenaline junkies. Moreover, thematic educational trails start in close proximity to the ski resort. Ski resort Celjska Koca offers the perfect opportunity to immerse oneself in nature without traveling too far from Celje. While the ski area is not extensive, certain routes are open depending on winter conditions. The resort also features a hotel and a fine restaurant, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. In the summer, it transforms into a renowned destination for hiking, and during winter, visitors can enjoy skiing on a small yet excellent slope. It is truly a charming place that deserves a visit. Additionally, nearby Mount Grmada offers an even better view of Celje.
